What we do

Services

Four practice areas, delivered individually or as an integrated programme depending on what your organisation actually needs.

Leadership & Management Development

Executive coaching and organisational development for managers and rising leaders who need to be ready now, not eventually. We build programmes around the actual decisions your team is facing, not a generic curriculum borrowed from somewhere else, so what people practise in the room is what they use back at their desk.

Most leadership programmes are built around a generic manager who does not really exist. Ours start with the team in front of us: what the organisation is trying to achieve, where decisions currently stall, and which habits are quietly costing time and trust. From there we design around real situations, difficult conversations, competing priorities, decisions made with incomplete information, rather than theory borrowed from a market that does not match ours. We work with first-time supervisors learning to delegate, and with senior executives managing a promotion, a merger, or a team that has outgrown how it used to be run. Whether that is a family business professionalising its management layer or a public agency under new leadership, sessions combine coaching, structured practice and follow-up check-ins, because judgement is built through repetition, not a single workshop.

Government Relations & Public Policy

Policy research, stakeholder engagement and legislative strategy for organisations that need government to move with them, not around them. We map who actually influences a decision in Ghana's ministries and regulatory bodies, then help you build a position that holds up once it reaches them.

Working with government in Ghana means understanding how decisions actually move through ministries, regulators, assemblies and the informal networks around them, not just the official process on paper. We help clients build a position that can survive contact with all three: research that holds up under scrutiny, a stakeholder map that reflects who genuinely influences an outcome, and messaging that speaks to both technical officers and the public they answer to. That can mean drafting a policy submission, preparing an executive for a legislative committee, building a coalition around a shared issue, or simply helping a board understand what a new regulation will actually require of them. We stay close to a client through implementation as well as advocacy, because a policy win that nobody in the organisation is ready to act on is not really a win.

Training, Workshops, Seminars & Conferences

Structured, practitioner-led learning events, delivered in-house or publicly, across leadership, compliance, finance and operations. Every facilitator has actually done the job being taught, and every session is built around problems your team is facing right now, not a generic slide deck pulled off a shelf.

We design and deliver learning events the way we would want to attend them ourselves: practical, led by someone who has actually done the job, and built around problems the room is currently facing rather than a generic slide deck. Formats range from a half-day workshop for a single department to a multi-day conference bringing together participants from across an industry, with everything in between: in-house seminars, public courses open to individual bookings, and panel-style events for organisations that want to convene their sector around a shared issue. Facilitators are practitioners first, chosen for a specific programme because of what they have actually built or fixed, not because they have a slide deck ready to go. Every session ends with something a participant can use on Monday morning, whether that is a framework, a template, or simply a clearer way of having a difficult conversation.

Sector Advisory for Energy, Mining & Agribusiness

Industry-specific advisory for organisations operating in Ghana's energy, mining and agribusiness sectors. We work alongside teams on the ground as well as head office leadership, so recommendations are built to hold up in a control room or a farm, not just in a boardroom.

Energy, mining and agribusiness carry a different set of pressures from a typical corporate advisory engagement: physical operations, community relations around a site, safety obligations that carry real consequences, and regulators who expect technical fluency, not just good intentions. Our advisory work in these sectors covers health and safety compliance and audit preparation, operational strategy for teams balancing output targets against safety and environmental commitments, and community and stakeholder relations for organisations operating near the people whose land or livelihoods sit closest to a site. We have worked alongside operations teams on the ground as well as head office leadership, which means recommendations are built to hold up in a control room or a farm, not just in a boardroom. For organisations expanding into a new region or sector in Ghana, we also help assess what local regulation, community expectation and existing competition will actually require first.
